The Wairarapa is coming together to better support our seniors (aged 65+) to use technology through a programme called Digital Seniors.
The Prime Minister, Rt Hon Jacinda Ardern, will also be attending for the official launch proceedings.

As well as this, high tea will be provided, The Goldies band will be playing, and theatre sports will entertain the audience. Wairarapa’s businesses who give digital support to seniors will be offering spot prizes and deals. This is a great opportunity for seniors to learn more about technology – and to bring in any electronic devices to learn more about using them!

Audience will also have the opportunity to either register as a senior for Digital Seniors support, or to register as a volunteer coach. This is an exciting community story about our seniors, businesses, and volunteers supporting and learning from one another.
