Digital Seniors is a friendly charity, launched by Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, in 2018, in the Wairarapa region. We are now also operating in the Auckland North Shore, with a view to expand into new communities in early 2024.
We provide free tech support to seniors aged 65+.
We have a range of services, all providing one on one support in ways that suit seniors. With helping over 1200 seniors to date, we’ve proved seniors can be comfortable and empowered with technology.

Why Digital Seniors?

It’s free
For as much help as you need!

Our community supporting seniors together
To support our seniors to adapt to our digital age

Our volunteers provide patient one on one help
To open up the world of digital opportunities for seniors

You can become confident in using technology
In ways that matter to you

Seniors keep coming back to us for a cuppa, and friendship. We help with whatever tech challenge the senior wants to learn or have resolved.
